27/06/2008: MIDO 2008 REVIEW We had a fantastic show at Mido in Milan and are just drawing breath before planning our next European show which is Silmo in Paris in October. Mido was a great success and we greeted many familiar faces as well as met new and exciting customers from all over the world. The Pepe shop window drew a great deal of interest from passers by as well as much media attention and if I had £10.00 for every passer-by wanting to buy the beautiful Pepe sunglass vest, I could have swan’ed off to somewhere tropical after the show, rather than head back to a grey London. The show was breathtakingly busy for us and whilst waiting for meetings with our Sales Directors, our guests got through 87 litres of Coke, 8 crates of Champagne more than 400 coffees and over 20 kilos of sweets! Maybe some of us here also helped out, but our bar proved very popular! If you met us at Mido, it was a pleasure! If you didn’t, then make sure you drop past at Silmo. 02/04/2008: MONDOTTICA TAKE LONDON TO MILAN AT MIDO 2008
